Influencer Onboarding Specialist - Kalakaaar

Role Overview:

As an Influencer Onboarding Specialist, you will play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding creators into the Kalakaaar network. You will manage relationships with influencers, ensure a smooth onboarding experience, and set the foundation for successful brand collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creator Sourcing & Outreach:
   

• Identify and connect with potential creators across social media platforms based on campaign requirements and brand alignments.
  

• Conduct initial outreach to gauge interest and provide an overview of the benefits of joining the Kalakaaar network.
  

2. Onboarding Process Management:
   

• Guide creators through the onboarding process, from initial contact to account setup and profile completion.
  

• Collect and verify necessary documentation and content from creators.
  

• Ensure all onboarding procedures are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  

3. Evaluation & Screening:
   

• Assess creators based on key criteria such as content quality, audience engagement, niche relevance, and brand fit.
  

• Provide recommendations on the suitability of creators for the Kalakaaar roster.
  

4. Relationship Management:
   

• Maintain strong communication with creators to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
  

• Address any queries or concerns during the onboarding phase and facilitate a smooth transition to the account management team.
  

5. Data Entry & Documentation:
   

• Accurately maintain records of onboarding activities, creator profiles, and relevant agreements in the CRM system.
  

• Track onboarding metrics and provide regular reports to management.
