Infor CloudSuite Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Infor CloudSuite Administrator with strong expertise in Infor LN administration and hands-on experience managing Infor CloudSuite environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ERP administration, integrations, security, environment management, and cloud/hybrid ERP landscapes.

The candidate should be capable of providing technical guidance across DEV, TEST, and PROD environments, enforcing administration standards, troubleshooting issues, and mentoring team members.

Experience

• 5–8 years of overall experience.


• 5+ years of Infor LN Administration experience.


• 3+ years of Infor CloudSuite administration experience is mandatory.


• Experience working in cloud or hybrid ERP environments.

Key Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Infor ERP LN / Infor CloudSuite.


• In-depth understanding of Infor LN administration and environment management.


• Experience managing DEV, TEST, and PROD environments.


• Strong knowledge of ION integrations and ION Desk.


• Understanding of API Gateway concepts and integration troubleshooting.


• Experience with user access, roles, security models, and identity integration.


• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID / SSO.


• Experience with job management, system monitoring, error handling, and troubleshooting.


• Exposure to Factory Track configuration and administration.


• Exposure to Infor Document Management (IDM) configuration.


• Knowledge of release management, versioning, and controlled promotion of changes.


• Experience with hybrid environments involving Enterprise Connector, LN Transfer Services, and Data Lake.


• Understanding of coordination and issue resolution with Infor Cloud Ops.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide expert administration and technical guidance for Infor CloudSuite LN across DEV, TEST, and PROD environments.


• Manage and support CloudSuite/LN environments while ensuring availability, stability, and adherence to enterprise standards.


• Act as a quality checkpoint to ensure configurations, administration practices, and processes follow established standards.


• Manage and advise on user access, roles, security, and identity integration.


• Support Entra ID / SSO related administration and troubleshooting.


• Guide teams on job management, system monitoring, error handling, and operational best practices.


• Monitor and troubleshoot integrations using ION Desk and API Gateway concepts.


• Support integration-related issues and coordinate with relevant technical teams.


• Provide technical guidance for Factory Track setup and Infor Document Management (IDM) configuration.


• Advise development and support teams on release management, versioning, and controlled promotion of changes.


• Provide guidance on hybrid cloud/on-premise considerations.


• Support administration and best practices around Enterprise Connector, LN Transfer Services, and Data Lake.


• Coordinate with Infor Cloud Ops for production issues, troubleshooting, resolution approaches, and appropriate escalation.


• Identify administration risks and recommend improvements to environment stability and operational processes.


• Coach and mentor junior team members and promote consistent administration standards.


• Ensure project deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent qualification.
