Job Title: Infor MEC Integration Support Consultant

We are looking for a skilled Infor MEC Integration Support Consultant with 4-6 years experiences to join our team and support enterprise-level application integrations within the Infor ecosystem (primarily Infor M3).

Role Summary

The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, supporting, and troubleshooting integration message flows, APIs, and services between Infor M3 and external systems. This includes handling incidents, resolving integration failures, and ensuring smooth data exchange across business applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and monitor Infor MEC/IEC integration message flows and services


• Troubleshoot failed transactions, interface errors, and data issues


• Work with XML, JSON, web services (REST/SOAP), and API-based integrations


• Analyze logs and resolve integration-related incidents within SLAs


• Coordinate with technical and functional teams for issue resolution


• Support deployment, testing, and validation of integration changes


• Ensure smooth data flow between Infor M3 and external systems


• Participate in incident and problem management processes

Required Skills

• 4–6 years of experience in integration support or middleware environments


• Hands-on experience with Infor MEC/IEC or Infor ION


• Strong understanding of Infor M3 integrations


• Knowledge of XML, XSLT, JSON, REST/SOAP APIs


• Experience in troubleshooting message flows and service failures


• Familiarity with logs, monitoring tools, and support processes


• Basic SQL knowledge

Good to Have

• EDI integration experience


• Knowledge of Infor OS / API Gateway


• ITIL support process exposure

Experience in ERP environments (manufacturing/supply chain preferred)
