Strong working knowledge in insurance industry is a plus Work and support the end-to-end migration of Lawson Finance/Payroll modules to Workday Perform data extraction, transformation and validation from Lawson to Workday Collaborate with Finance , Payroll and IT teams to understand current process and map them to Workday capabilities Work closely with Workday implementation partners and internal teams to design and configure Workday solutions Develop, document and execute test plans (Unit Testing, integration testing, UAT) Support integrations between Workday and other enterprise applications like payroll, time tracking etc. Ensure compliance with data security , governance and audit requirements. Providing training and knowledge transfer to business users and IT support staff Troubleshoot migration issues and resolve them.
