Informatica Cloud Application Integration - Senior Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain integration solutions using Informatica Cloud Application Integration (CAI).
  
• Develop complex integration processes using Process Designer and reusable integration components.
  
• Build integrations between enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and third-party systems.
  
• Develop and consume REST and SOAP web services/APIs.
  
• Configure API connections, authentication, mappings, transformations, and error-handling mechanisms.
  
• Work with business and technical teams to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  
• Develop reusable connectors, processes, and integration frameworks where applicable.
  
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, SIT, and support UAT activities.
  
• Troubleshoot integration failures, data issues, performance problems, and production incidents.
  
• Monitor integration jobs and proactively identify and resolve failures.
  
• Implement logging, exception handling, retry mechanisms, and error recovery.
  
• Support deployment of integration solutions across development, QA, UAT, and production environments.
  
• Prepare technical documentation, integration specifications, mapping documents, and support documentation.
  
• Participate in code reviews and follow integration development standards and best practices.
  
• Collaborate with application, database, cloud, and infrastructure teams for end-to-end integration delivery.
  
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior integration developers.

Experience & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of overall IT/integration development experience.
  
• Strong hands-on experience specifically in Informatica Cloud Application Integration / IICS.
  
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade integrations.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
