Summary

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter to facilitate data migration and transformation.
  
• Architect efficient data integration strategies that align with organizational data governance policies and performance standards.
  
• Write, test, and debug complex SQL and PL/SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources into data warehouses.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for data solutions.
  
• Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs, ensuring high availability and resolving performance bottlenecks in data pipelines.
  
• Document technical designs, data flow diagrams, and process documentation to support knowledge transfer and system maintenance.
  
• Conduct code reviews and implement best practices to enhance the reliability and maintainability of ETL frameworks.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in ETL development within the IT Services sector.
  
• Proven expertise in Informatica ETL development, including mapping creation, workflow design, and transformation logic.
  
• Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for database manipulation, query optimization, and stored procedure development.
  
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute comprehensive ETL strategies for large-scale data environments.
  
• Solid understanding of data modeling concepts, database architecture, and data warehousing principles.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data issues and deliver effective solutions.
