Informatica MDM Architect

Key Deliverables:

1.
Solution Architecture bridges IT and business:

1. Understand how the current AS
   IS MDM applications are designed/implemented and fulfils the end -to -end
   requirements
   
2. Gather functional and non -functional,
   including information security requirements from the stakeholders and
   document such requirements
   
3. Capture & transform
   business requirements into Architecture Solution Requirements
   
4. Being responsible for designing
   and detailing MDM solution architecture & Present solutions to
   stakeholders.
   
5. Align with IT Security
   directives and fulfilling the customer demands for information security
   
6. Ensure that MDM architecture,
   including new and existing technologies, meets standards.
   
7. Resolve highly complex or
   ambiguous IT / MDM Solution architecture issues working with EA and other
   stakeholders.
   
8. Support Business and IT
   Stakeholders with technical skills and overall MDM knowledge
   
9. Support the MDM Solution
   Selection process
   

2. Ensure Technical Superiority
of the MDM Solution

a.       Design implements and detail MDM
Solution architecture.

b.       Deliver an architecture in
accordance with the EA framework that

                                                   i.            Aligns with Group target
architecture

                                                 ii.            Meet the Group architectural
principles

                                                iii.            Comply with strategies and policies

                                                iv.            Support process & solution
roadmaps

c.       Create architectural description
including reasons for architectural decisions and considerations.

d.       Suggest alternative solutions and
point out deficiencies related to quality requirements

e.       Ability to identify technical,
security risks and propose mitigation actions

f.        Explain and communicate
architectural decisions to stakeholders

g.       Suggest infrastructure solutions
which support the MDM architecture and performance requirement

h.       Manage and oversee the technical
quality aspects of the chosen MDM solution at all stages

3. Leverage MDM
COTS Solution & SI Relationship

1. Be the interface towards
   internal and global external partners during all development phases
   
2. Responsible for the overall
   Master & Reference Data Architecture to ensure tie Strategic view to
   an MVP implementation view
   
3. Ensure that the designed
   solution supports business policies, strategy and stakeholders’ concerns
   

d.       Manage and oversee the technical
quality aspects of the chosen MDM solution at all stages

Key Expectations:

1. Support the DS&IT
   management team in creation & implementation of MDM Strategy &
   Vision.
   
2. Create and maintain relevant
   architectural artifact (such as solution landscape, service interaction,
   etc.).
   
3. Collaborate with enterprise
   architect to make sure the solution alignment with enterprise architecture
   strategy & target.
   
4. Actively guide, coach and
   support stakeholder (internal & external) and secure successful
   delivery of MDM solutions.
   

5. Able to bring clarity to
   ambiguous situations to ensure that tangible solutions can be created to
   solve business problems
   
6. Passion for improvement and
   innovation, and willingness to learn and implement new technologies
   
7. Thinks outside the box, is not
   tied to specific MDM Industry methodologies, solves real problems,
   innovate new solutions and change how MDM is used in our company.

9. Experience in an Agile/Scrum
   environment.

Requirements

Qualification:

1. Have a long experience (+10
   years) working with Enterprise architecture and IT architecture
   
2. Good experience with IT and
   business/ Automotive industry and of leading MDM program for a full System
   Development Lifecycle as MDM Solution expert.
   
3. Good understanding of master
   data concepts, processes, tools including data modeling, profiling,
   quality assessment, integration, and data governance.
   
4. Preferable experience of
   leading MDM program for a full System Development Lifecycle as a Solution
   Architect with any multi -domain MDM platform such as TIBCO MDM,
   Informatica MDM, others etc.
   
5. Preferable experience with
   designing & detailing IT Solution architecture using core AWS
   services/ Azure cloud is extra valuable
   
6. Good Experience in requirement
   management, business communication and stakeholder management.
   
7. Good Experience working in an
   agile, fast -paced, and ever -changing environment with challenging and time
   sensitive requirements from stakeholders.
   
8. Highly skilled in coordination,
   planning, documentation, and cross functional collaboration.
   
9. Strategic thinking and
   planning. Problem solving and performance driven.
