Position: Information Security Lead

Experience Required

3–5 Years in Information Security, SOC Operations, Governance, or Risk Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Security Operations Center (SOC) activities and manage end-to-end incident response.
• Monitor, investigate, and respond to security alerts across Endpoint, Identity, Email Security, and Data Protection platforms.
• Perform root cause analysis and coordinate remediation efforts.
• Manage enterprise security tools including:
  • Microsoft Defender (Endpoint, M365 & Identity)
  • Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR/XDR)
  • Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
  • Email Security Platforms
• Investigate phishing incidents, conduct awareness campaigns, and improve organizational security posture.
• Perform risk assessments and support Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, GDPR, and other security frameworks.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement security best practices.
• Drive automation, process improvements, documentation, and operational excellence.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of Information Security or SOC experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise with:
  • Microsoft Defender Suite
  • Microsoft 365 Security
  • Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR/XDR)
  • Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
• Experience in Security Incident Management and Threat Detection.
• Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, and GDPR compliance.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in global, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• KQL Query Development & Analytics Rule Creation.
• Microsoft Purview (Data Governance, Insider Risk, eDiscovery).
• Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps.
• Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM).
• Enterprise XDR Architecture.
• SOC Automation & Playbook Development.
• Hybrid/Multi-Cloud Security.
• Security certifications such as CISSP, GIAC, or Microsoft Security Certifications.
