Information Technology Infrastructure Manager

 STCI Primary Dealer Limited , is one of the larger Primary Dealers accredited by RBI for underwriting and market making in Government securities. We are a leading player in the fixed income market and our operations include trading in Government Securities, Treasury Bills, SDLs, corporate bonds, CDs/CPs and interest rate derivatives. We also trade on proprietary account in equity markets and currency derivatives market.

Role: IT Infrastructure Manager

We are looking for an IT infrastructure manager with 3-5 years’ work experience, who is proficient in installation, configuration & troubleshooting of all types of servers, Networks (LAN-WAN), workstations, desktops, network printers, and other software/hardware devices.

Key responsibilities:

· Implementing and maintaining IT infrastructure to support individual users at head office as well as multiple remote locations.

· Ensure data security, network access and backup systems.

· Addressing queries regarding information system/software, application conflicts & system bugs and extending onsite support to users.

Required Proficiencies :

Well-versed with networking hardware and data center operations with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues; possessing expertise in Active Directory Servers, Domain Name System Servers, Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol Servers, Microsoft Exchange Servers, NAS (Network Attached Storage), SAN (Storage Area Network), SharePoint, File Servers, Data Backups, User Administration & Security. Areas of required expertise include :

· Network Administration: Strong knowledge of network protocols, architecture, and components. Experience with configuring and managing routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and other network devices.

· Systems Administration: Proficiency in administering server operating systems such as Windows and Linux Server, virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).

· Hardware : Installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of all type of servers, storage devices, Firewall, routers & switches, PCs and peripherals, Internet Lease Line, MPLS, P2P Links etc.-

· Servers : Windows Active Directory (DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, Client Services), Exchange Server, FTP server, managing ERP Servers, database installation and configuration Of SQL/ MySQL on Windows platform.

· Operating Systems & Software : Windows Server 2016 / 2019 / SUSE Linux /Windows10 and 11 / MS Office 365

· Cloud Computing : AWS, Azure, Google Cloud,

· Storage Solutions: Familiarity with storage technologies such as SAN, NAS, RAID configurations, Backup devices (tape drives), etc.

· Monitoring and Performance Tuning: Proficiency in monitoring tools (e.g., Kiwi Syslog, SolarWinds etc.) to ensure optimal performance and availability of IT infrastructure.

· Vendor Management: Management of relationships with technology vendors and service providers, including performance monitoring, and ensuring compliance with SLAs (Service Level Agreements).

· Other IT Infrastructure : Maintenance of Access Control System, CCTV-DVRs, PABX, Printers, Voice recording systems, Video Conferencing systems, etc.
