About the Role
We’re looking for an Infra Lead to own production reliability, security posture, and audit readiness for Opkey’s multi
cloud environment spanning AWS, Azure, and OCI. This role is ideal for a technical leader who can operate as the final
architecture decision-maker across clouds while managing and mentoring a team of 4–6 Cloud/DevOps engineers.
You will partner closely with Engineering, Security, Customer Success, and Leadership to keep Opkey’s infrastructure
secure, scalable, and audit-ready at all times.

What You’ll Do

People Management
•Manage 4–6 Cloud/DevOps engineers; conduct 1:1s and performance reviews.
•Own hiring and delivery accountability for the Infra team.
•Define SOPs and operational standards; build a technical mentoring framework.

Multi-Cloud Architecture Authority
•Serve as final decision-maker on AWS / Azure / OCI architecture.
•Own multi-account / multi-subscription / multi-compartment governance design.
•Drive cross-cloud DR & HA strategy and cost optimization strategy.

Security & Governance
•Own SSL governance (public CA, internal CA, self-signed).
•Drive IAM governance & RBAC maturity, WAF, and perimeter security design.
•Own encryption & key lifecycle strategy and audit readiness across environments

Platform & CI/CD Governance
•Standardize Jenkins / TeamCity strategy and Terraform module governance.
•Own Kubernetes platform strategy and monitoring & alerting strategy.
•Lead incident management and postmortem process.

Windows & Hybrid Oversight
Supervise IIS / ARR architecture across Windows-hosted environments
Own SSO governance (SAML/OAuth) across customer and internal access.

What We’re Looking For
Experience:
8–12 years of overall experience in Cloud Infrastructure / DevOps / Security.
Hands-on experience architecting and operating production environments across AWS, Azure,
and OCI.
2+ years of people management experience leading cloud/DevOps teams.
Experience owning audit readiness (SOC2 / ISO) and security governance.
Experience driving multi-cloud cost optimization strategy

Technical Skills:
Deep expertise in multi-cloud architecture: multi-account/subscription/compartment governance.
Strong IAM/RBAC governance, encryption, and key lifecycle management.
Kubernetes platform strategy (EKS/AKS/OKE) and CI/CD governance (Jenkins/TeamCity/Terraform).
Windows Server / IIS / ARR architecture and SSO (SAML/OAuth) governance.

Certifications (Preferred)
AWS Solutions Architect – Professional / AWS Security Specialty
Azure Solutions Architect Expert / Azure Security Engineer
OCI Architect Professional / OCI Security Professional
CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator)

Soft Skills:
Strong leadership and mentoring ability.
Excellent stakeholder & client communication skills; comfortable leading difficult calls.
