In-House Advocate/Lawyer(From Real Estate Industry)

Job Title: In-House Advocate/Lawyer

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

·       Draft and review Development Agreements, Permanent Alternate Accommodation Agreements (PAAA), Lease Deeds, and Conveyance Documents Etc.

·       Conduct land title due diligence and verify ownership records to mitigate legal risks.

·       Draft and respond to notices, letters, and queries from government authorities, housing societies, and regulatory bodies.

·       Liaise with municipal corporations, revenue authorities.

·       Handle dispute resolution, litigation management, and coordinate with external legal counsels when required.

·       Stay updated with evolving real estate laws, RERA regulations, and redevelopment policies to ensure legal adherence.

Qualifications & Skills:

·       LLB/LLM from a recognized university.

·       7+ years of experience in real estate law, particularly redevelopment projects.

·       Expertise in property laws, RERA, MHADA, municipal regulations, and land acquisition laws.

·       Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

·       Excellent communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
