At PwC, our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.· Responsibilities
· Development and customization: Develop and implement CRM solutions through customization, configuration, and custom development using tools like plugins and workflows.
· Technical support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, provide support to end-users, and manage incident tickets.
· Integration: Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems using services like Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, and API development.
· Requirements gathering: Collaborate with business analysts to gather and document technical and functional requirements.
· System management: Ensure system performance and optimization, manage security roles, and perform data migration and deployment activities.
· Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents and training materials.
· Required technical skills
· Core CRM: Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, etc.).
· Programming languages: Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
· Power Platform: Expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, and Power Pages/Portals.
· Web services and APIs: Experience with web services, Web APIs, and integrations (e.g., Postman).
· Azure: Experience with Azure services like Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines is often required or preferred.
