*Responsibilities:  

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PROSCI Change Managers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in change management frameworks, with a strong focus on driving adoption of IT applications 

• Education Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.  

• PROSCI Certified 

*Mandatory skill sets  

• Required skills and qualifications ( Must have ) : 

• Ability to translate technology change into people impact (roles, behaviors, ways of working) 

• Define and execute Adoption & Change Management strategies aligned to use adoption of IT applications 

• Good knowledge of any of the Microsoft products in enabling adoption of either of these products  Microsoft, M365, Copilot, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive or  SharePoint 

*Preferred skill sets  

• Build migration‑ or rollout‑aligned communication strategies (not generic comms plans) 

• Deliver adoption and enablement sessions under Microsoft‑approved narratives and assets 

• Ability to explain business value and productivity outcomes, not just features 

• Ability to build detailed change and communication plans 

Years of experience   

• 10+ years of relevant experience as Change Manager leading adoption of IT applications 

• Prosci‑certified Change Management professional
