Responsibilities:

• Act as a servant leader and coach for project teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and Scrum practices.  

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives) and foster a culture of continuous improvement.  

• Partner with Product Managers to refine, prioritize, and manage Client product backlogs.  

• Remove impediments, manage risks, and coordinate across functional/technical teams to ensure smooth delivery.  

• Drive collaboration between business stakeholders, consultants, developers, and QA to align on objectives and deliverables. · Track, report, and communicate sprint progress, release status, and KPIs to leadership.  

• Guide teams in adopting Agile best practices within Client environments · Champion a culture of transparency, accountability, and value-driven delivery in large-scale Client initiation.
