Job Description & Summary:

Responsibilities: 

• Lead and coach multiple Scrum teams delivering AI and data solutions across cloud platforms 

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews 

• Awareness on Application of  SAFe principles to coordinate across Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and manage dependencies 

• Collaborate with Product Owners, AI Engineers, Cloud Architects, and Data Scientists 

• Drive delivery excellence by removing impediments and optimizing team velocity 

• Track sprint progress, KPIs, and milestones using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally 

• Engage directly with enterprise clients to align delivery with strategic goals 

• Support PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect & Adapt workshops 

Mandatory skill sets: 

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead 

• Proven success delivering AI/ML, Data Analytics, or Agentic AI programs 

• Strong understanding of Azure or AWS cloud ecosystems 

• Experience working with multi-national enterprise clients in a consulting environment 

• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills 

Preferred skill sets: 

• Agile certifications: CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) preferred 

• Hands-on experience with SAFe Agile implementation and coordination across teams 

Years of experience required: 

3 to 12 

Education qualification: 

BE, B.Tech, ME, M,Tech, MBA, MCA (60% above)
