Job Description & Summary:  

  • The candidate is needed to support healthcare clients including the Current providers, payers, GCC & New Entrants now need AI-scale, Digital Adoption, and orchestrated transformation -a capability gap for the BU. 

  • Candidate to bring proven expertise in asset-based consulting, converting white spaces into revenue   

  • Mange cross functional pods that blends engineering + AI + design and behaviour science—fast-tracks idea execution cycles. 

  • Experience with adoption-first strategies, such as ABC Packs, WorkSharp, and OpenAI pilots, is essential, as these approaches have consistently delivered 10-12% higher adoption rates—key to driving value in multi-year deals. 

 

Responsibilities: 

The primary focus would be on the following: 

  • Lead AI-focused healthcare strategy, digital health initiatives, and ABDM-related projects. 

  • Provide proven go-to-market tools, adoption methods, and advanced AI solutions. 

  • Enable Engineering & People/Change integration for enterprise-scale execution. 

  • Build PwC’s “Changing Healthcare Order” to engage clinicians, GCCs, policymakers, technologists. 

  • Quickly work to open 3–4 large opportunities with hospital and hyperscaler-partners 

  • Strengthen team capabilities by attracting talent, scaling teams, and leading high-performance groups. 

  • Champion delivery excellence through innovation and continuous productivity enhancements. 

  • Facilitate collaboration across diverse teams to address complex challenges and deliver high-quality services. 

  • Proactively anticipate emerging technology trends and promote upskilling to maintain organizational relevance. 

  • Identify and mitigate evolving risks while encouraging appropriate risk-taking. 

  • Uphold and enforce professional and technical standards, including adherence to the Firm’s code of conduct and independence requirements. 

  • Foster a culture of accountability within the team to ensure quality outcomes and technical expertise.
