Summary:
As a Junior Digital Marketing Executive at Inmantech DGi, you will play a vital role in supporting the execution and optimization of multi -channel digital marketing campaigns. This dynamic entry -level position offers hands -on experience in social media management, content creation, SEO, email marketing, and data -driven strategy. You’ll collaborate with cross -functional teams to deliver cohesive, high -impact campaigns while developing foundational skills in digital marketing. Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid advertising platforms.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to create engaging, brand -aligned content for blogs, social media, and newsletters.
• Manage daily social media activities on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter—covering posting, community engagement, and performance tracking.
• Conduct keyword research and support on -page SEO initiatives to enhance website visibility and search rankings.
• Support end -to -end email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, copywriting, and performance analysis.
• Gather, analyze, and report on campaign metrics to identify trends, measure success, and inform future optimizations.
• Perform market and competitor research to inform strategic marketing decisions.
• Maintain alignment across teams by ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all digital touchpoints.
Requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
• Entry -level experience; internships, academic projects, or personal digital marketing initiatives are highly valued.
• Google Certification in at least two of the following: Search, Display, Video, Shopping, or YouTube (required).
• Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools, platforms, and marketing trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Skills Required:
• In -depth understanding of major social media platforms: Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Experience using content scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar).
• Ability to create and manage a social media marketing calendar.
• Familiarity with SEO principles, social media marketing, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Google Search Ads Certification (required).
