Job Summary

Job Title: Junior Cloud Engineer

Department: Managed Cloud Services

Job Location: Cochin, India

Experience: 0 - 2 years

We are looking for a Junior Cloud
Engineer who will be responsible for monitoring and supporting
Cloud infrastructure. You will become an integral part of the team, making
every problem of the platform a problem of your own, and solving them
accordingly.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Familiarity
with the fundamentals of Linux and Windows OS, basic knowledge in installing,
configuring, and maintaining Windows and Linux servers.
Proactively monitor customer
issues until they are fully resolved, keeping the customer informed along the way of incident lifecycle.
Focus
on support tickets, incident management and application
monitoring.
Document key learnings as part of the support you
provide.
Build
and maintain excellent communication with customers and achieve the
highest level of customer satisfaction.
Continuously improve skills through work experience and training(s).
Willingness to work in a 24/7
supported shift environment.

Good to Have Skill

Knowledge of Public Clouds: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
Platform.
Knowledge
in configuring services such as Apache, Nginx,
MySQL, PHP etc.
Familiarity with Linux servers in Virtualization and
Containerization.
Familiarity with the fundamentals of Linux scripting
languages: Python, Perl, Bash.
Great verbal and written communication skills.
