Bosch Automotive Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. (RBAI) is a 100% subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH . Established in 2009, in Naganathapura - Bengaluru, RBAI is primarily focused in manufacturing electronic products for the automotive sector. RBAI has consistently added an average of one product every year resulting in a wide range of products comprising – Engine Control Units (ECU) for both 4W and 2W, Body Control Modules (BCM), ECUs for ABS, DC-DC Converters, iTraMS (Intelligent communication control unit) to name a few. RBAI also produces products for  eMobility like MCU (Motor control Unit), C-Box (Communication Box), VCUs (Vehicle Control Unit), Central gateway modules and is geared up for other futuristic products.  RBAI with its diverse portfolio, not only caters to local markets, but also exports products to all major global customers. The Naganathapura Plant (NhP1)  is seen as a benchmark in Operational Excellence in AE and Bosch India , using an integrated approach of Bosch Production System (BPS) and I4.0. Objective: 

Purpose of this position is to enable the performance of EM India Regional President office with technical assistance to implement organization's short, mid and long-term goals, perform and manage day to day tasks in a highly efficient manner 



Primary Responsibilities:

• Envision and support EM India Regional President to prepare and execute the strategy for profitable growth of EM-IN. 
• Support EM India Regional President with decision matrix preparation to take key decisions on all KPIs (TNS, EBIT, Quality Targets, PCR, RMI, etc.).
• Resolve internal conflicts within EM-IN business framework as 1st point of escalation to ER/RP-IN office 
• Manage and balance both EM-IN's and External stakeholders interests including both communication and engagement 
• Support EM/RP-IN in all key management meetings by preparing presentations, documentation and ensuring implementation of actions 
• Plan and curate agenda for visits including high level delegate visits including GS, EM/BVs, GPs and NE, Government officials, Industry bodies, etc. and visits to GmbH by EM/PR-IN.
• Screen and analyze both internal and external information's, disseminate important communications, consolidate MIS reports for top management, regular business updates to relevant internal stakeholder and ensure connects and exchanges between associate and EM-IN management.
• Manage strategic focus projects and topics of EM/RP-IN together with respective functions and drive till conclusion
• Support resp. RBU/ENG with consolidation of engineering data covering product development strategies, system strategy, technology landscape and R&D KPI's 

Academics:

•    Bachelor's degree in engineering 
• * Masters or equivalent in Financial / Business Management (desirable)

Experience:

      

5-10 yrs Experience in Cross-Domain Functions (Background : Engineering, Sales, Product 

Management, Controlling, Manufacturing etc) 

* Knowledge in Project Management, Sales & Engineering processes 

* Knowledge in P&L management, Purchasing, Controlling and Logistics functions 

* Knowledge in Manufacturing, Quality processes

* Advanced Result & Process Orientation to push self & others for results 

* Advanced Future orientation with strategic skills for long term thinking ability 

* Advanced Cooperation and interpersonal skills, ability to build relations and network across the 

organization
