Bosch Chassis Systems India Ltd is a 100% Bosch owned company in India. The company design and develops world class Hydraulic Brake System Parts that include Boosters, Tandem master cylinders and Proportionating valves. The Control Division develops innovative components, systems and functions in the field of vehicle safety, vehicle dynamics and driver assistance like ABS and ESP.RBIC would soon be expanding portfolio in passive safety and other Driver assistance products.

1. Inspection as per CP
2. Failure parts records and analysis
3. Coordination and execution of decision for release /hold/reject parts
4. Preparation of quality MIS on daily and monthly basis for top management
5. Participating for internal and external audits to make sure zero non conformance
6. Coordination of calibration of test/ measuring instruments.
7. Coordination for completion of MSA study for test/ measuring equipment.
8. Monitoring on- going process capability for all critical parameters
9. Ensure compliance to customer audits, external & internal audits, process & system audits,
10. Define quality instructions & concern people to follow.
11. Initiation & execution of A3 and 8D problem solving methods for internal and external customers
12. Support for NPD & samples parts production and layout inspection
13. Coordination / support for ECR implementation

BE (Automobile/Mechanical) 

4 to 6 years of experience 

Critical Knowledge: Handling Measurement instruments, Statistical process control, MSA, quality tools, GD&T, CMM programming 

Essential knowledge: PPAP, FMEA, 8D, knowledge of assembly processes SAP

Communication : English Communication (read/write/speech)
