Jaipur Plant is the fourth manufacturing Plant, set-up in India in the year 1999. We are a Powertrain Solutions (PS) Plant which is known for it's operational excellence. Our safety standards are a benchmark across RO-IN, which has won us several awards & accolades by Govt. of Rajasthan. We are a team on energetic people who believe in agility & inclusiveness, open & transparent communication across various levels of organization are our USP.

We are a Lead Plant for two products, namely; VE Pump (Diesel Fuel Injection Pump) and Nozzle Holder Assembly (both are diesel intrinsic components).

The purpose of this position is to oversee and supervise the procurement planning process for our manufacturing plants PS India in order to ensure on time delivery for our value streams with minimum cost and inventory by foreseeing bottlenecks, improving processes and implementing global and digital planning standards.

Education : Bachelors degree in engineering

Experience : 

• Overall 10-15 Years Experience in core Operation (Logistic , Purchasing , Manufacturing) of which minimum 4 years in Supply Chain
• Leadership experience for Min 2-3 years for leading direct peoples
• Minimum TP1 Candidate

Knowledge :

• Proficient experience in supply chain management, procurement and inventory management. Deep knowledge in SAP MM module.
• Basic understanding about manufacturing processes and needs
• Competent in understanding automotive market and managing supplier
• Competent in digitization and automation in Logistic Planning

• Proficient communication skills (crisp, transparent) and high in cross functional collaboration
• Proficient analytical thinking and systematic work approach
• Proficient capability to understand complex supply and demand issues
