Material planning & procurement of Direct materials ( Local & Imports) using SAP system

Ensure OTD for child parts against production plan and execute capacity planning & forecasting. Manage bottlenecks and supply chain crisis

Inventory Management - Calculate & maintain ideal inventory as per production plan forecast (coverage days, ageing, blocked stock) and logistic costs (freight cost reduction).

Adapt to planning standards. Contribute to standardization of planning processes in line with global planning standards.

Develop/Use digital reports, planning tools and bots to reduce repetitive planning tasks and increase planning efficiency.

Monitor supplier delivery performance and asses the risk. Inform leadership team (as per escalation matrix) to seek appropriate management interventions / decisions.

Obtain collaboration with plant functions, value stream owner and purchasing. Conduct active collaboration and relationship with supplier

Asses risks, define a mitigation plan and inform leadership team and other stakeholders.

Drive & implement projects like - Consumption based planning & inwarding of material ( Pull) and convert contract based manufacturing to supplier owned material prodcution & delivery.

Adhere to compliance standards and rules/regulations.
