Jaipur Plant is the fourth manufacturing Plant, set-up in India in the year 1999. We are a Powertrain Solutions (PS) Plant which is known for it's operational excellence. Our safety standards are a benchmark across RO-IN, which has won us several awards & accolades by Govt. of Rajasthan. We are a team on energetic people who believe in agility & inclusiveness, open & transparent communication across various levels of organization are our USP.

We are a Lead Plant for two products, namely; VE Pump (Diesel Fuel Injection Pump) and Nozzle Holder Assembly (both are diesel intrinsic components).

The purpose of this position is to oversee and manage plant utilities and infrastructure preservation, security services,strategizing and developing sustainability initiatives to ensure optimal utility availability, and building positive relationships with stakeholders to create long-term sustainable value for both the plant and the society

 

Key Activities                                                                                                                                                      A)Project Management:Establish, review and implement  project management approach for upgradation of utilities, building infra and stakeholders requirements. 

KPI/KPR:Investment realization Digital penetration (No of projects through AI, Data Analytics)

B)Asset Maintenance & Management Buildings & and Utilities : Establish and review the building and utilities management process to ensure on-time availability and initiate improvement plans

Plan and oversee the implementation of Soft services in the plant to ensure House-keeping, Estate/garden maintenance

KPI/KPR:Zero Incident/Accidents and Zero NC in Audits,MTTR,MTBF.                                                                         

C) Budget controlling and Obsolescence Management :Planning of budgets for the upkeep of utilities as per inputs from site assesments / stakeholders requirements.

Prepare roadmap for equipment replacement and upgrades for managing obsolescence including spares planning

KPI/KPR Cost : Power/R&M Annualized savings through projects(Fit for Future)

Sustainability:Formulate the strategy, monitor & Implement the projects for achieving regional and global Sustainability targets

Propose investments for achieving Sustainability targets (energy efficiency, water conservation)

KPI/KPR:Sustainability Targets(Renewable energy, Energy & fresh water conservation, ZLD, ZWL, etc.)

D)People Management: Drive GPTW culture and encourage team competency for development in technical & digital fields.Colloborate with all stake holders, peer group in the organization.

Identify and manage IFMS contractor agencies to meet departmental objectives. Mentoring Cluster Solution Team across Region India

KPI/KPR: Customer Perception (ICSS score),Enhancing GPTW culture within team Maturity assesment of CST and key deliverables

E)Legal Compliance: Ensure legal compliance related to EHS topics , testing of electrical utilities, testing of pressure vessels, material handling equipments, water treatments, drinking water.

KPI/KPR: Zero Incident/Accidents and Zero NC in Audits,

F)CSR activities: Colloborate with CSR team to implement infrastructure projects for society development

KPI/KPR :Investment Realization

G)Transportation: Manage and oversee the company owned vehicles in the plant

KPI/KPR: On-time availability

H)Security Services: Manage and oversee the deployment of security services, ensuring compliance as per defined standards and norms, liasioning/networking  with civil authorities

KPI/KPR: Digital Penetration and Zero NC in Audits

• B.Tech. / B.E Mechanical/Electrical/Civil.
• Relevant professional qualification (e.g. Certified Facility Manager (CFM)) will be an advantage
• 12-15 Years of experience (minimum 3 years experience at leadership position)

Knowledge

1. Competent in Project Management skills for Infrastructure projects
2. Awareness of norms as applicable e.g local guidelines, IATF 16949, OHSAS, NBC, IE rules 1956, ISHRAE/ASHRAE guidelines
3. Competent in basic financial concepts and cost benefit analysis (Fixed cost, variable cost, VA, ... etc.)    
4. Competent in concept of HVAC systems, Electrical Power distribution system,Digitalisation, Building maintenance, Water Treatment Plants, Waste handling etc.
