We’re looking for a Microsoft D365 CRM Technical 

To hire for the Microsoft Dynamics practice of One Consulting vertical at PwC. In this role, you will support clients in building and implementing the MS D365 CRM tool for their business. Our practice offers services across the sectors, including Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing and many more. 

What you’ll do 

  • Configure and customize MS D365 CRM platform to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions 

  • Design and develop custom components and extensions using platform-specific tooling and languages 

  • Build and secure integrations with upstream/downstream systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware 

  • Establish and manage environments, source control, and CI/CD pipelines; enforce branching, code quality, and release practices. 

  • Define and meet non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, reliability, and security; perform tuning and guardrails 

  • Produce clear technical documentation: solution designs, API/interface contracts, data dictionaries, deployment guides, and operations runbooks 

  • Ensure quality through unit/integration testing, automated test coverage where applicable, peer code reviews, and structured defect triage; support UAT 

  • Collaborate closely with functional consultants, data engineers, UX, and change management to drive adoption and measurable business outcomes 

  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal accelerators, reusable assets, coding standards, and best practices 

  • Advise clients on platform roadmaps, release impacts, and optimization opportunities across adjacent tools 

 

 

What are we looking for? 

Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online Application (Sales or Service) modules 

Experience preferred 4-9 yrs 

Education qualifications BE/BTech/MTech 

Experience in customization and extension of Dynamics 365 CRM using java scripts, web resources etc., server-side customization using C# & .Net assemblies along with the following technologies and processes: 

  • JavaScript and frameworks like Node.js, Angular.js 

  • Plugins & workflows 

  • Integrations (Informatica and Web API) 

  • Power Automate / Azure Functions 

  • Portals / power pages 

  • Batch jobs 

  • Pipeline deployments and Server administration 

  • Microsoft Azure services and API integration 

  • Data Migration via tools or MS Dynamics features 

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
