Job Position Title: 

Business Application Consulting - Salesforce User Experience -Senior Associate- CS - G 

Responsibilities: 

  Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions.  

  Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.  

  Customize Salesforce using:  

• Flows 

• Validation Rules 

• Approval Processes 

• Reports & Dashboards 

• Custom Objects & Fields 

  Implement Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Account & Contact Management processes.  

  Support Sales Cloud enhancements, data migration, and deployment activities.  

  Maintain data quality, security, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules. 

Mandatory skill sets: 

•   Design and develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems.  

•   Work with:  

• REST APIs 

• SOAP APIs 

• Platform Events 

• Apex Web Services 

• Webhooks 

•   Implement middleware solutions using MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, Dell Boomi, or similar integration platforms.  

•   Troubleshoot integration failures, performance issues, and data synchronization challenges.  

•   Develop and maintain integration documentation and technical specifications 

Preferred skill sets: 

  Apex  

  SOQL/SOSL  

  Lightning Experience  

  Lightning Web Components (LWC)  

  Flow Builder  

  Salesforce Security Model 

Years of experience required: 

      4 to 6 Years 

Education qualification: 

BE/B.Tech/MBA/MCA
