IN-Senior Manager- CDD-Healthcare-Health Industries-Advisory -Mumbai

Job Description & Summary:  

• Work with the client as per the approach designed, guide PwC & client teams on projects, ensure adherence to the time lines and deliver agreed results to enable execution of assignment in hand. 

• Identify opportunities in market independently as well as along with other verticals in PwC in India and network firms of PwC globally 

• Develop in-depth knowledge of PwC products and support knowledge management on creating / assimilating new methodologies, tools and techniques, as well as converting experiences on projects into case studies for the organization 

• Build and continuously update Domain Knowledge in Healthcare and contribute to thought leadership articles/publications  

Responsibilities: 

• Lead Healthcare/ XLoS teams over both short fast paced and medium duration projects  

• Execute projects under the guidance of the Partner/ Director 

• Guide project team to deliver high quality output as per agreed timelines and engage client teams effectively to manage expectations deliver positive impact  

• Identify opportunities in market and work with leadership team to build practice 

• Build and continuously update domain knowledge on healthcare; create POV's, build proposals and participate in meetings with clients 

Mandatory skill sets: 

• Consulting experience in a reputed consulting firm is a must. 

• Healthcare sector (Industry/Consulting) experience  

• Experience of working on strategy and operations consulting, commercial due diligence, value creation projects  

Preferred skill sets: 

• Strong analytical bent of mind, structured thinking. 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills 

• Strong inter-personal skills and ability to interact with senior level stakeholders; should be presentable, assertive, confident in approach and should be able to deal with people across the hierarchy. 

• Needs to have strong problem-solving skills, excellent work ethics, and the ability to learn new tools and techniques and apply them to client problems across industries. 

• Should be extremely conversant with Excel & PPT. Should be able to make professional grade presentations in MS-PPT 

• Needs to have hands on project management experience 

Years of experience : 

• 9-14 yrs 

Education qualification: 

• MBA from premier institutes (Top B Schools only)
