Job Description 

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Manager with expertise in ESG Strategy and Sustainability to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role requiring a dynamic individual who can lead, strategize, and implement sustainable practices aligned with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles 

Responsibilities 

• Lead and manage the development and execution of ESG strategies and initiatives to achieve organizational goals. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability practices into business operations. 

• Identify and analyze ESG risks and opportunities, providing strategic recommendations to stakeholders. 

• Drive compliance with global ESG standards and frameworks while ensuring continuous improvement in sustainability performance. 

• Monitor and report on ESG metrics and progress to senior leadership, investors, and other stakeholders. 

• Serve as a thought leader in sustainability and ESG strategy, keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices. 

Experience & Qualifications 

• Experience Level: Open to candidates with 10 to 14 years of experience in relevant fields. 

• Educational Qualifications: Not specified, but a background in sustainability, environmental science, business strategy, or a related field is advantageous. 

• Proven experience in implementing ESG or sustainability strategies is a strong plus. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex projects and deliver impactful results. 

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills for managing teams and influencing stakeholders. 

Work Environment
