We're seeking a results-driven Marketing Associate with hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Performance Marketing. In this role, you’ll work closely with the growth and creative teams to strategize, execute, and optimize paid campaigns that drive conversions, traffic, and revenue.

  Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).

  Optimize campaign performance daily to improve ROI, reduce CAC, and increase ROAS.

  Monitor performance using analytics tools and create actionable reports.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, placements, and messaging.

  Collaborate with design/content teams to create high-performing ad assets.

  
  


• 
  

  Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in performance marketing.

  Support broader digital marketing initiatives including email marketing, Google Ads, or influencer campaigns when needed.

  
  

• 
  

  1–4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Meta Ads and performance-driven campaigns.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.

  
  


• 
  

  Solid understanding of KPIs like ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, etc.

  
  


• 
  

  Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or similar tracking tools is a plus.

  Self-starter with strong attention to detail and a test-and-learn mindset.
