About the Role

GenZS Recruitment Solutions is expanding its Software Licensing & Technology Solutions business and is looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging prospective customers, understanding their business needs, and converting opportunities into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.

  • Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable software licensing and technology solutions.

  • Schedule product demonstrations and meetings with prospective clients.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

  • Manage the complete sales pipeline using CRM tools.

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up to close deals.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, software products, and competitor offerings.

Required Skills

  • 1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, IT Sales, Software Sales, SaaS Sales, or B2B Sales.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

  • Experience in lead generation and customer relationship management.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

  • Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

  • Experience selling software licenses, SaaS solutions, cloud services, or technology products will be an added advantage.

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and modern sales tools is preferred.
