We are looking for a highly execution-driven Inside Sales & Operations Executive to strengthen and scale a distributed Counsellor-preneur (CP) ecosystem. This role operates at the intersection of sales coordination, workshop execution, operational enablement, and conversion management.
The primary objective is to ensure CPs are operationally supported, workshops are executed efficiently, and every participant journey is tracked toward measurable conversion outcomes. Success in this role will be measured through attendance rates, conversion performance, turnaround time, and actionable reporting.
The ideal candidate is structured, proactive, comfortable with high-volume coordination and calling, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders across cities.
Key Responsibilities
1. CP Operational Enablement
Support CPs with required documentation and materials including compliance certificates, contracts, brochures, and workshop kits.
Monitor and review CP digital presence (websites, service pages, testimonials, compliance indicators).
Track outreach activities including school follow-ups and lead progression across the CP network.
Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks related to outreach training, material dispatch, compliance queries, or proposals.
Act as a coordination bridge between CPs and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
2. Workshop Operations & Maximization
Execute reminder campaigns via WhatsApp, SMS, and phone calls prior to workshops.
Coordinate logistics across multiple cities, including venues, materials, and technical readiness.
Drive 80%+ attendance through structured and personalized outreach.
Manage workshop calendars for a large and active CP network.
Ensure seamless workshop execution and handle escalations proactively.
3. Post-Workshop Conversion Management
Follow up with participants within 24 hours to capture feedback and initiate counselling conversations.
Qualify leads and schedule 1:1 counselling sessions aligned with CP territories.
Support achievement of workshop-to-paid counselling conversion targets.
Maintain accurate master tracking sheets for full visibility on outcomes.
Create structured feedback loops to continuously improve conversion efficiency.
Identify high-performing and underperforming CPs and flag systemic challenges.
Share actionable insights with leadership and cluster coaches.
Support data-driven decision-making for network growth and performance optimization.
Who Should Apply

Strong communication skills (English and Hindi preferred).
Highly disciplined with follow-ups and task ownership.
Prior experience in inside sales, marketing, internships, event coordination, college fests, or community-building is a plus (not mandatory).
