We are seeking a results-oriented Inside Sales & Operations Executive to enhance and expand our distributed Counsellor-preneur (CP) ecosystem. This position operates at the crossroads of sales coordination, workshop facilitation, operational support, and conversion management.
The main goal of this role is to ensure that CPs receive adequate operational support, workshops are carried out effectively, and the participant journey is monitored to achieve measurable conversion outcomes. Success will be evaluated based on attendance rates, conversion metrics, turnaround times, and actionable reporting.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, adept at handling high-volume coordination and calls, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders across different cities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Enabling CP Operations
Assist CPs by providing necessary documentation and materials such as compliance certificates, contracts, brochures, and workshop kits.
Oversee and assess the digital presence of CPs, including their websites, service pages, testimonials, and compliance indicators.
Monitor outreach activities, including follow-ups with schools and the progression of leads within the CP network.
Identify and address operational challenges related to outreach training, material distribution, compliance inquiries, or proposals.
Serve as a liaison between CPs and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
2. Workshop Operations & Optimization
Conduct reminder campaigns through WhatsApp, SMS, and phone calls in advance of workshops.
Coordinate logistics across multiple locations, ensuring readiness regarding venues, materials, and technical support.
Achieve over 80% attendance through organized and personalized outreach efforts.
Manage workshop schedules for a large and active network of CPs.
Ensure workshops are executed seamlessly and proactively address any escalations.
3. Management of Post-Workshop Conversions
Reach out to participants within 24 hours to collect feedback and start counseling discussions.
Assess leads and arrange one-on-one counseling sessions in accordance with CP territories.
Assist in achieving targets for converting workshop participants into paid counseling clients.
Keep accurate master tracking sheets to provide comprehensive visibility on outcomes.
Establish structured feedback mechanisms to enhance conversion efficiency continuously.
4. Performance Metrics & Insights
Create weekly dashboards that summarize outreach efforts, workshop ROI, attendance numbers, and conversion statistics.
Identify CPs who are excelling or underperforming and bring systemic issues to attention.
Provide actionable insights to leadership and cluster coaches.
Support data-driven strategies for enhancing network growth and optimizing performance.
