Job Description - Inside Sales Executive

Job Description

- Engage with leads generated from online campaigns, primarily through chat and social media platforms like IndiaMart, Facebook, google, IVR calls etc.

- Understand and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value of our AV products to potential customers.

- Conduct product demonstrations via video conferencing when required.

- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing the sale.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign specifics and lead quality.

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

- Preferably Graduate with Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the AV or related industry
