Inside Sales Executive

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to drive business growth in the packaging industry. The role involves lead generation, customer relationship management, quotation preparation, sales coordination, and order follow-ups. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and the ability to understand customer packaging requirements and provide suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through phone calls, emails, referrals, and digital platforms.


• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.


• Qualify sales leads and convert inquiries into business opportunities.


• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and emerging industry trends.


• Understand customer requirements related to packaging products and solutions.


• Provide product information, specifications, samples, and commercial details.


• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and maintain regular follow-up


• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.


• Follow up on quotations and negotiate pricing within approved guidelines.


• Coordinate with production, planning, and procurement teams to ensure customer requirements are met.


• Assist customers throughout the order lifecycle.


• Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery commitments.


• Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for effective solutions.


• Maintain customer records and sales activities in CRM software.


• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.


• Track sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue targets.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.


• MBA in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 1 to 5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Support, Business Development, or Sales Coordination.


• Experience in the Packaging, Printing, Corrugated Box, Flexible Packaging, Labels, Carton, or Industrial Packaging industry will be preferred.
