Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Connect with potential wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and channel partners through marketing-generated leads and outbound prospecting.
Understand business requirements and present the company's product portfolio, commercial offerings, and partnership opportunities.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing B2B customers through consistent follow-ups and engagement.
Effectively communicate product features, pricing, trade schemes, promotional offers, and business benefits to drive conversions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and lead status using Zoho CRM.
Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation, conversion, and sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer engagement.
Address customer queries, negotiate commercial discussions, and resolve objections professionally.
Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless onboarding, order fulfillment, and an excellent customer experience.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales, Telesales, or Business Development, preferably dealing with wholesalers, distributors, retailers, or channel partners.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages (preferred).
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with business clients and channel partners.
Confident, proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven with a consultative sales approach.
Ability to understand and effectively present product features, pricing, trade schemes, and business benefits to prospective clients.
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, MS Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
Strong follow-up, objection-handling, and closing skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple client interactions, and consistently achieve sales targets.
