Job Description - Inside Sales Executive - IT Sales

  • Responsible for generating new leads and sales opportunities within the IT industry.
  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and industries for targeted sales efforts.
  • Contact prospects via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to present IT products and services.
  • Understand client needs and requirements to tailor solutions and effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized proposals and quotes.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system regularly.
