Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive (IT) to promote and sell IT products and solutions, generate qualified leads, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, referrals, and online research.
  
• Pitch and present IT products and solutions to prospective clients.
  
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to achieve business goals.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory. Candidates with an IT educational or professional background will be preferred.
  
• 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, IT Sales.
  
• Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
  
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  
• Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is preferred
