Inside Sales Head

About the Opportunity
A fast-scaling HR technology and recruitment solutions firm operating across India, we empower enterprises with next-gen talent acquisition and sales enablement platforms. Our Inside Sales team drives revenue growth by converting high-intent inbound leads, nurturing client relationships, and scaling pipeline velocity through tech-led engagement and data-driven strategies.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the inside sales function across India, managing a team of 5–10 SDRs/AEs to exceed quarterly revenue targets.


• Design and execute outbound/inbound sales playbooks, targeting mid-market and enterprise clients in IT, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors.


• Implement CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) workflows and pipeline analytics to track conversion rates, deal velocity, and forecast accuracy.


• Collaborate with marketing to align lead gen campaigns with sales qualification criteria and handoff SLAs.


• Train and mentor team members on consultative selling, objection handling, and product positioning for HR tech solutions.


• Drive process improvements in lead scoring, call scripting, and cadence optimization to boost win rates and reduce CAC.
