Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Telesales Manager to lead our telesales team and drive the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to optimize telesales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Train, and supervise telesales representatives.
- Set and monitor performance targets for sales representatives.
- Provide ongoing coaching and professional development to improve team performance.
Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed business goals
- Collaborate with marketing teams to coordinate campaigns and lead generation efforts.
- Analyze market trends and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
Operations Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the telesales team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with sales policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and results in CRM systems.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and KPIs.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a telesales management role.
Note: Experience in the Insurance or finance industry is mandatory.
