Job Title: Inside Sales Manager

Location: New Delhi, Chhatarpur

Department: Sales

Reports To: CEO

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Telesales Manager to lead our telesales team and drive the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to optimize telesales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

  • Train, and supervise telesales representatives.
  • Set and monitor performance targets for sales representatives.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and professional development to improve team performance.

Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed business goals
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to coordinate campaigns and lead generation efforts.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust sales tactics accordingly.

Operations Management:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the telesales team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and results in CRM systems.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and KPIs.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a telesales management role.

Note: Experience in the Insurance or finance industry is mandatory.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
