Inside Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to support our ELV, ICT, and Building Management Systems (BMS) business. The ideal candidate should have 4–5 years of experience in inside sales, customer engagement, proposal coordination, and lead conversion within the ELV, ICT, or BMS industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify sales leads for ELV, ICT, and BMS solutions.
  
• Engage with consultants, contractors, system integrators, architects, and end customers.
  
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
  
• Prepare quotations, techno-commercial proposals, and tender documentation.
  
• Coordinate with the engineering and estimation teams for pricing and technical support.
  
• Follow up on proposals and negotiate with customers to close sales.
  
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  
• Update CRM with customer interactions, sales pipeline, and forecasts.
  
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  

Requirements

• Experience: 4–5 years in Inside Sales, preferably in ELV, ICT, BMS, Security Systems, or Building Automation.
  
• Good understanding of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Networking, Structured Cabling, PA System, and BMS solutions.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  

Language Requirement

• Fluent in English and Hindi (Mandatory).
  
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers across different regions.
  

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, ECE, EEE, IT, Networking, or a related field.
  
• MBA (Marketing) is an added advantage.
