Job Description - Inside Sales Representative

Job Title: Inside Sales Representative


Location: Mumbai (On -site)
Experience: 1–3 Years
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred


About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results -driven Inside Sales Representative to join our Mumbai team. The ideal candidate will have hands -on experience in lead generation, prospecting, nurturing potential clients, and supporting the sales pipeline. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by understanding customer needs and presenting relevant solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and social platforms.

  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead and prospect information.

  • Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client requirements and share company offerings.

  • Schedule product demos, sales meetings, and follow -ups for the Sales team.

  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine lead -generation strategies.

  • Meet and exceed monthly targets for lead qualification and pipeline building.

  • Maintain strong communication and relationship -building with prospective clients.

  • Prepare and share periodic reports on lead status, call performance, and conversion metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

  • 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele -Sales, Lead Generation, or SDR roles.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills (both verbal & written).

  • Hands -on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).

  • Ability to work in a fast -paced, target -driven environment.

  • Strong negotiation, objection -handling, and customer engagement skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.

Preferred

  • Candidates with experience in IT/Analytics/SaaS/domain -based inside sales will be an added advantage.

  • Immediate or short notice period availability.
