INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Develop the capability to quote all assigned products for the market Business Line served globally to customers per the go to market strategy service level requirements. Coordinate with the appropriate costing/pricing authority when products or special adders are outside of the standard price lists. Provide solutions or offer alternatives to the customer inquiries that meet their requirements. Prepare and send quotations on time quotations that exceed the customer expectations. Provide accurate and timely information to customers, field sales personnel, and other regarding orders, inquiries and other related activities. Responsible for outbond delivery note creation in ensuring they are executed inline with the manufacturing plant requirements, handle billing of sales orders, rental contracts and field service orders in a timely and accurate manner Work closely with respective locations, billing team to process the invoicing efficiently. Provide monthly status of backlog delivery notes, billing backlog and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
