Overview:
Key
Responsibilities:
â Lead Generation: Identify and develop new
business opportunities through proactive cold calling, emailing, and following
up on leads.
â Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong
relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and
effectively communicating how firm can meet those needs.
â Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed
assigned sales quotas and performance objectives.
â Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep
understanding of company’s products and services to effectively address
customer inquiries and objections.
â CRM Management: Accurately record and manage
all sales activities and client interactions in the company's Customer
Relationship Management (CRM) system.
â Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing
and product teams to provide feedback on market trends and customer
preferences.
Qualifications:
â Bachelor's degree in Business,
Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
â Minimum of 2 years of experience
in inside sales, with a proven track record of successful cold calling and lead
generation.
â Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills
â Strong negotiation and closing
abilities.
â Proficiency in using CRM software
and other sales tools.
â Self -motivated, goal -oriented, and
able to work independently.
Preferred
Skills:
â Experience in the climate -tech or
HVAC industry is a plus.
â Familiarity with IoT -based
solutions and subscription models.
