Job Description - Inside Sales Representative


We are looking for a proactive and driven Inside Sales Representative to support our international business development efforts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating leads, engaging with global prospects, and creating new business opportunities in the IT software services space.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads by identifying and engaging with target accounts
  • Initiate conversations with potential clients to introduce company offerings and build interest
  • Conduct market research and data profiling to identify key decision-makers (CIO, CTO, COO, VP IT, IT Head, etc.)
  • Reach out to C-level executives via email, calls, and professional networking platforms
  • Schedule meetings and hand over qualified opportunities to the sales team
  • Maintain and update customer information accurately in CRM systems
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and internal sales teams on active opportunities
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing conversations
  • Gather contact details through various sources such as company websites, LinkedIn, and databases
  • Qualify leads generated through marketing campaigns and events


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 Year of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development (preferably in IT software products/services)
  • MBA in Sales & Marketing or a relevant field
  • Strong research and prospecting skills with the ability to identify key stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (email & phone)
  • Comfortable interacting with senior-level executives
  • Proficient in internet research and CRM tools
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills


Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Basic understanding of Digital Marketing
  • Content creation or communication-driven marketing exposure
