Job Description - Inside Sales Representative

Notice Period - Immediate Joiner - 15 days

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result -oriented Inside Sales Representative with experience in IT Sales and lead generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, conducting outbound sales activities, nurturing prospects, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. Strong communication, relationship -building, and customer engagement skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls, cold calling, and email outreach to generate new business opportunities.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture prospective leads through various channels.
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their business needs and requirements.
  • Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and discussions between prospects and sales representatives.
  • Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems.
  • Follow up with prospects to drive engagement and move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute lead -generation campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed lead generation, appointment -setting, and sales activity targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and company offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales, IT Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
  • Hands -on experience in outbound calling, cold calling, and email prospecting.
  • Strong customer engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience scheduling meetings, demos, and sales discussions with potential clients.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and effectively present solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship -management skills.
  • Self -motivated, target -driven, and capable of working in a fast -paced environment.
