Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their needs and preferences.
Explain products and services clearly and confidently.
Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements.
Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Follow up with customers and generate repeat business.
Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
Maintain a positive and attractive showroom/store environment.
Stay updated on products, offers, and market trends.
Work closely with the team to maximize sales opportunities.
Candidate Profile
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and a positive attitude.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Customer-oriented and target-driven.
Self-motivated, energetic, and responsible.
Previous experience in sales, retail, showroom, or jewellery sales is an advantage.
Freshers with the right attitude and communication skills may also apply.
