About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and selling our innovative Cloud and AI products and services to prospective clients in the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. This role is a key part of our expansion strategy, connecting our cutting-edge solutions with global customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Proactively prospect, qualify, and generate new sales leads via outbound calls, emails, and social selling (LinkedIn).


• Understand customer pain points and clearly articulate the value of our IT portfolio—spanning Data, AI, Analytics, Cloud, and Automation.


• Schedule qualified meetings and product demos for regional sales executives (US, Europe, Middle East).


• Manage and nurture a dynamic pipeline of leads in our CRM system.


• Consistently exceed monthly/quarterly targets for lead volume and opportunity creation.


• Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and build high-quality prospect lists using tools like Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.


• Run targeted outbound email campaigns, personalized follow-ups, and LinkedIn outreach to drive engagement.


• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date—including leads, contacts, activities, and next steps.


• Partner with marketing and sales teams to convert inbound inquiries and MQLs into sales opportunities.


• Analyze outreach performance (response rates, conversion rates, pipeline velocity) to refine strategies and improve results.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong verbal and written English skills—with a neutral, clear accent.


• A proactive, self-motivated “go-getter” mindset and hunger to succeed in a high-performance sales environment.


• 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, cold calling, or telemarketing—ideally in IT, SaaS, or tech services.


• Fundamental knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI, or IT services.


• Flexibility to work during US business hours (evening shift in India).


• Experience using sales tools like Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho), and email sequencing tools (e.g., Mailshake, Yesware).


• Ability to personalize outreach, qualify prospects, handle objections, and manage follow-ups efficiently.


• Strong time management and organizational skills—with the ability to juggle multiple prospects and priorities while staying focused on goals.
