Inside Sales Representative Bangalore, India

This is a quota-carrying position within our Sales organisation. You will generate new business through outbound prospecting, run initial meetings with prospects before they become opportunities, present the product and help close deals, working closely with Account Executives and Pre-Sales colleagues.

What you'll do

• Work towards a quota covering outbound activity, qualified meetings, pipeline and closed business.


• Run initial meetings with prospects to understand their needs and qualify them before they progress to opportunities.


• Present the product clearly and confidently, tailoring the message to each prospect's priorities.


• Contribute to closing deals, supporting Account Executives on opportunities and closing where appropriate.

What you'll bring

• Experience in B2B SaaS sales, inside sales or SDR/BDR roles.


• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota or activity targets.


• Strong outbound prospecting skills, with excellent written outreach and confident communication.


• Experience running prospect meetings and presenting a product or solution.


• Exposure to, or a strong interest in, progressing deals through to close.


• Organised follow-up habits and proficiency with CRM tools.


• A genuine interest in enterprise buyers and topics such as risk, compliance, technology and AI.


• Excellent written and spoken English. Additional languages are an advantage, depending on territory.

Nice to have

• Experience selling AI, data, security, GRC or enterprise software.


• Experience supporting webinars or event follow-up.


• Familiarity with sales engagement and sequencing platforms.

Location and working model

• Bangalore, India.


• Remote or hybrid, as agreed.


• Close coordination with Account Executives and Pre-Sales colleagues across regions.

Compensation

Indicative salary: $35,000–$45,000 USD/OTE: 70,000–90,000 USD. We offer competitive benefits; details are available on request.
