Key Responsibilities:
Cold calling using assigned leads
Engaging with prospective clients and converting them into potential customers
Owning and achieving/exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets within assigned leads
Customer Engagement & Operations – managing leads (service requests) and ensuring continuous engagement throughout the sales lifecycle
Process -oriented approach – data -centric mindset with the ability to design smart and efficient processes for superior customer experience
Tracking each opportunity/lead (service request) and ensuring related tasks are completed on time
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives
Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs for the team
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and promote sales initiatives
Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for senior management
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Participate in recruiting, training, and onboarding new sales team members
Address customer inquiries and resolve sales -related issues
Lead by example and actively participate in sales activities
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
