Job Description - Inside Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold calling using assigned leads

  • Engaging with prospective clients and converting them into potential customers

  • Owning and achieving/exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets within assigned leads

  • Customer Engagement & Operations – managing leads (service requests) and ensuring continuous engagement throughout the sales lifecycle

  • Process -oriented approach – data -centric mindset with the ability to design smart and efficient processes for superior customer experience

  • Tracking each opportunity/lead (service request) and ensuring related tasks are completed on time

And in order to achieve this, you will need to:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives

  • Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs for the team

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and promote sales initiatives

  • Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for senior management

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

  • Participate in recruiting, training, and onboarding new sales team members

  • Address customer inquiries and resolve sales -related issues

  • Lead by example and actively participate in sales activities

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends



Requirements
