Job Description - Inside Sales Specialist

Contact and counsel prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Understand learners' requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments.
Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM regularly.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students.
Address queries and provide end -to -end support throughout the admission process.
Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, business development, or education counseling.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target -driven with the ability to meet sales goals.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
Good organizational and follow -up skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
