Job Description - Inside Sales Specialist

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and outbound sales calls to generate and qualify leads.

• Manage and process sales orders, quotations, and pricing requests through SAP.

• Maintain accurate customer and order data in SAP and CRM systems.

• Collaborate with field sales, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.

• Follow up on leads, nurture opportunities, and close smaller-scale deals.

• Prepare sales reports and dashboards using SAP and Excel/BI tools.

• Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities based on customer needs and account history.

• Provide product and service information to customers to support their decision-making process.

• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex matters to the appropriate department.

• Monitor and maintain sales pipeline in CRM.

Requirements

• Proven experience (0 to 3 years) in an inside sales or sales support role.

• Strong working knowledge of SAP ERP, Signavio (SD module preferred).

• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP C4C).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in [industry, e.g., manufacturing, technology, pharmaceuticals].

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• Familiarity with sales performance metrics and KPIs.

• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
